# Staking Contract

The staking logic is relatively simple. Staking is the primary way for users to participate in the RWA Ecosystem and earn rewards. It is designed with participants in mind, rewarding those who are aligned with the consensus of the RWA Ecosystem, i.e., RWA token holders.

For participants, the best strategy is to hold RWA tokens long-term, as the protocol automatically distributes rewards and compounds earnings.
